2 tbs. butter

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 diced white onion

1/2 teas. salt

1 small can sliced mushrooms

2 cloves crushed garlic

dash of pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, and onion powder

3 tbs. flour

1/4 cup brandy (or white wine)

3 1/2 to 4 cups milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 of a cooked rotisserie chicken (chopped )

Parmesan cheese

1 lb. cooked no yolk egg noodles

2 cans of sweet peas


In a large sauce pan; saute onions in butter, and oil.

Then add herbs, garlic, and mushrooms. (saute for a few min.)

Then add flour, and saute for a few minutes.

First add brandy to d-glaze pan; then add milk and water. Simmer for about 15 min. It will thicken.

Lastly add cooked chicken and stir and simmer for a few minutes.


I serve it over cooked no yolk egg noodles.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese 🙂
