2 tbs. olive oil

2 tbs. butter

3 to 4 chicken breasts, chopped (bite size)

3 tbs.  fresh grated ginger

Juice of 1 orange

1 grated orange peel (about 1 tbs.) 

1 tbs. honey

3 tbs. light soy sauce

1 tbs. rice vinegar 

1/4 cup water mix in 1 tbs. corn starch



On medium to high heat, saute chicken in oil and butter for a few minutes.

Then add the rest of ingredients (except corn starch mixture), and simmer for 6 to 8 min

While it’s simmering add corn starch mixture to thicken; stir

Serve with brown or white rice.
