I put this on angel hair pasta.  It is also great on steamed rice!

Chop up 3 boneless pork chops in bite size pieces and marinate over night or minimum 2 hour in – 3 tbs low sodium soy and teriyaki  sauce, 1/2 juice of a lime, 1 tbs. hot sauce, grated garlic and fresh ginger.

Saute pork in 3 tbs. hot oil until all moisture is gone and browned. Set aside

Chop up 3 carrots, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 medium onion, and 1 teas. grated garlic and ginger. Use the veggies you like. Saute until almost done in same pan you cooked the meat.  Add a dash of soy sauce if you need some moisture.


Add 1 cup fresh pineapple and cook for a few minutes. Then add sweet and sour sauce. I also added 1 teas. of rice vinegar and honey.

Simmer for a few minutes then add cooked meat.

Eat and enjoy! I put some crispy fried noodles on top for some crunch!
