This is not greasy or fishy


Tilapia  filets completely thawed and patted dry and cut into strips

1. First coat in flour mixture and shake off excess

Flour mixtuer:

1 cup unbleached flour add, 1 teas. garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

2. Then dip in milk mixture

Milk mixture:

Wisk 1/3 cup milk, 1 tbs. hot sauce, and 2 eggs

3. Then coat in Panko bread crumbs mixture

Bread crumb mixture:

2 cups Panko bread crumbs and 1 teas. salt

4. In cast iron skillet fill 1/2 full with vegetable oil;  heat oil on medium high heat.  Oil is ready when the end of a wooden spoon bubbles when put in oil.

5. Fry until golden brown; turn to brown other side. Let cool on wire rack with paper towel underneath. Then enjoy!

I like to eat it with tartar sauce. Recipe: 1/2 cup salad dressing, 2 tbs. sweet pickle relish, and 1 teas. dill.
