This coleslaw is easy to make, fresh, and great with fish!

Recipe:

1/2 head of a large cabbage, sliced real thin

2 carrots shredded

1/2 medium sweet onion, sliced real thin (optional)

Dressing: whisk together 3/4 cup healthy balance mayonnaise (salad dressing is good too), 3 tbs. rice vinegar, 2 tbs. sugar, 1 tsp. celery seed and dill weed. Dash of salt and pepper

Put dressing on veggies. It won’t look like there is enough dressing but it will wilt down. Let cool in refrigerator and enjoy!
