Great any Time!!


Cooked shell pasta 6 to 7 oz. (I have also used curly colored pasta)

1 lg. or small can white and dark meat chicken

2 stalks diced celery

1/2 med. diced onion

1 tbsp. pickle relish

2 diced baby dill pickles

1 diced Roma tomato

dash pepper, salt, dill, parsley, and celery seed

2 to 3 tbsp. light mayo or miracle whip

1 tbsp. non fat plain yogurt

2 tbsp. Italian dressing

1 teas. lime juice, (optional)

1 diced peeled apple or 8 white grapes

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

First drain chicken and add mayo and cream together.

Add all other ingredients.

Shell macaroni

Diced tomatoes


I almost forgot the apple! Add 1/4 cup chopped nuts if you want for more texture. Grapes are good too!
