Ingredients:  White long grain rice, onion, garlic, bullion, paprika, cumin, butter, and oil.

In large skillet brown on (med. heat), 1 1/4 cup of white long grain rice in 2 tbs. oil and butter.

Add 1/4 of a diced onion, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1 teas. paprika (makes it red) and cumin.  Saute few min.

Add 1 bullion cube and 2 1/2 cups water.

Bring to a simmer and cover for 20 to 25 min. Then set off burner for 5  minutes, then fluff with fork.

Serve with any of your favorite Mexican food!
